Fuel Your Glow began in April 2024 as one of those “wouldn’t it be good” moments sparked during heartfelt conversations with my closest girlfriends. Over laughter, shared struggles, and dreams of a better way to support women, the idea for FYG was born. Inspired by our collective experiences and a shared passion for wellness, I envisioned a brand that could go beyond being just a company—it could become a movement. A movement to inspire women everywhere to reclaim their inner glow, embrace their strength, and thrive in every aspect of their lives. What started as casual chats about empowerment quickly grew into a full-fledged mission to redefine wellness for women seeking balance, resilience, and authenticity.

As the founder of Fuel Your Glow, Michelle is driven by a mission to remind women that their inner light is their most powerful asset. Her no-nonsense, heartfelt approach is deeply rooted in her own journey through fractured family relationships, surviving a toxic partnership, and rebuilding her life after a two-decade marriage.
Michelle’s philosophy is one of resilience, authenticity, and humor. She intimately understands the struggles women face—balancing self-esteem, mental health, parenting, finances, and healing after heartbreak. Fuel Your Glow was born from these experiences, offering a 360° ecosystem of science-backed products, workshops, and community support to empower women to embrace their journey and live unapologetically.
Beyond her role at FYG, Michelle is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in eCommerce and digital marketing. In her downtime, you’ll find her baking delicious treats, curating a collection of gins, or singing and dancing like nobody’s watching. An avid motorcyclist, Michelle blends adventure with her passion for building a brand that makes a real difference.
